Traceability Grid

The traceability grid has been added into Season 20.2 and replaces the old traceability reports. If you are using an older version of Season, Click Here for a guide on the previous reports.

Job Trace

A job trace allows you to view the details of any job along with what went into and was produced from it. To run a Job Trace…

  • Open the traceability grid, found under the products tab on the Reports menu.
  • Check the box for Job Trace.
  • Use any of the filters, Job, Operator or Date (can use as many as needed at one time)
  • If you want to narrow the results down more, select a job group filter as well.
  • Click the Load button to run the report.

The upper grid will display all of the jobs within your criteria, the bottom grid has 2 tabs, one for in and one for out products for the job. Click a job in the upper grid to view the details on the lower grid.

Product Trace

A product trace allows you to view details of jobs a specific product was used in. To run a Product Trace..

  • Select the product
  • Select an operator and a batch (these are optional)
  • Choose a date range for your report.
  • Click the Load button to run the report

Just like the Job Trace, click a job in the upper grid to view the details of the in and out products in the bottom grid.

Sales Trace

The Sales Trace allows you to track details of sales against a product, quantity/weights date of invoices etc. To run a Sales Trace…

  • Select the product you want to trace sales for
  • If your looking to trace a specific batch, enter a batch number
  • Click the print button

*The Sales Trace report is not currently visible on the grid like the Job and Product trace options, it is still in standard report for so at this point a new window will appear.

  • Select your method of printing
  • Click the print button to print the report
