Creating the new Codes<\/h2>\n

  1. Click on the Season Icon -> Setup Office -> System Settings and Default Codes<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Click on the\u00a0General -> Master Codes Tabs<\/li>\n
    2. Click on the unlock icon in the bottom right and log in with your admin password.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      1. In the \u2018Code Types\u2019 grid, scroll down until you reach the code type that you want.\n
          \n
        • For Customer Market codes go to ‘MARKETCODE’<\/li>\n
        • For Sort Key 1 go to ‘CUSTSORT1’<\/li>\n
        • For Sort Key 2 go to ‘CUSTSORT2’<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • Within the \u2018Validation Codes\u2019 grid tab across onto a new line and enter in your new code and description.<\/li>\n
        • Tab onto another line and that will save the new code.<\/li>\n
        • Close out of Season and re-load it to initialise the new code<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Assigning a Sort Key\/Market code to a Customer<\/h2>\n
            \n
          1. In the operations menu, navigate to Sales Invoicing-> Customer Setup.<\/li>\n
          2. Within Customer setup, load your customer of choice by pressing F4 and choosing your\u00a0customer in the popup.<\/li>\n
          3. Navigate to the Settings-> Account Settings-> Analysis tabs<\/li>\n
          4. You can now select your codes from the dropdown lists against the relevant headings.\n
              \n
            • ‘Market’ is for Market codes<\/li>\n
            • ‘User Defined\u00a01’ is for Sort Key 1<\/li>\n
            • ‘User Defined 2’ is for Sort Key 2<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
            • Press F2 to save your changes<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
