If you notice that the balances\/ageing on a supplier account aren’t appearing as expected, the first step would be to run the ‘Check\/Reage Supplier Accounts’, as described below.<\/p>\n

  1. Click on the “Purchase Ledger” in the “Operations” menu \u00a0-> \u00a0Click on the “Supplier Setup” option<\/li>\n
  2. Now click on the “Utilities” drop down menu.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Click on the “Check\/Reage Supplier Accounts” option in the drop down menu<\/li>\n
    2. The “Check\/Reage Supplier Accounts” window should now be displayed on \u00a0your screen\"\"<\/li>\n
    3. Tick both check boxes to \u2018reage balances\u2019 and \u2018list errors only\u2019<\/li>\n
    4. Click on the “Save” icon in the bottom right hand corner of the window to run the process<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
