This will load the order within Order Entry.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1459 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/orders1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"983\" height=\"644\" \/><\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>To see all orders select the &#8216;Show All Orders&#8217; checkbox.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1460 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/showall.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1020\" height=\"131\" \/><\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li>You can now view all orders.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1461 size-full aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/allorders.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"981\" height=\"646\" \/><\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li>Below are the different status&#8217; and a description of each<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>UnConfirmed- <\/strong>You will be able to view this in the Unconfirmed orders list.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Print invoice-<\/strong>\u00a0You will be able to see this in Print Daily Dockets list.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Posted- <\/strong>This means it has been posted to the Sales ledger and you can view this on the\u00a0Customer Statement.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cancelled-<\/strong> This means an operator has cancelled the order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1462 \" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/unconf.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"329\" height=\"106\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>If you are unable to find a sales invoice within season, follow the below steps to try to find it.
