Once pick note printing is turned on, after an order has been entered in Season office, the order will then move to the print pick note list within Season. The pick note will need to be printed before the order can be confirmed in either Season Office or Season Factory.<\/p>\n<h2>Turning on Pick Notes for Individual Customers<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to <strong>Sales Invoicing<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Customer Setup.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2008 aligncenter colorbox-2137\" src=\"https:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/1-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"155\" height=\"292\" \/><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Select the customer<\/strong> you want to set up\u00a0pick notes for.<\/li>\n<li>Go to <strong>Settings<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Account settings<\/strong> &gt;<strong> Other\/Web.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-2138 colorbox-2137 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/1-18.png\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 981px) 100vw, 981px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/1-18.png 981w, https:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/1-18-300x177.png 300w, https:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/1-18-768x453.png 768w\" alt=\"\" width=\"900\" height=\"531\" \/><\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>There will be an option <strong>\u2018Print\u00a0Pick Note\u2019<\/strong> select the box.<\/li>\n<li>Select the <strong>save icon at the top of the screen <\/strong>to saver the changes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-2139 aligncenter colorbox-2137\" src=\"https:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/1-19.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"56\" height=\"73\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Setting Up &#8216;ALL&#8217; Customers for Pick Note Printing.<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to <strong>Season icon\u00a0<\/strong>at the top of your screen\u00a0-&gt;<strong> Setup Office<\/strong> -&gt;<strong> System Settings and Default Codes.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-48508 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/Capture-5.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"505\" height=\"376\" \/><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Go to the<strong> SOP tab<\/strong> and below that, select the<strong> Printing tab.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Click the<strong> lock icon<\/strong> at the bottom right hand side and <strong>enter in your admin\/supervisor password.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Select the <strong>check box that says \u2018Print\u00a0Pick Notes\u2019<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Click on the <strong>save<\/strong> icon to complete the change.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-48509 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/Untitled-2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"823\" height=\"555\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Once this setting is applied, all orders for every customer will go to the print\u00a0pick note\u00a0stage after the order has been submitted.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"ipt_kb_toc_2141_0\">Printing Pick Notes<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>On the operations menu go to<strong> Sales Orders<\/strong> -&gt; <strong>Customer\u00a0Pick Notes.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2358 size-full colorbox-2141\" src=\"https:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Pick-Notes.jpg\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 313px) 100vw, 313px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Pick-Notes.jpg 313w, https:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Pick-Notes-300x214.jpg 300w\" alt=\"\" width=\"313\" height=\"223\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This will open up the\u00a0\u2018Pick Notes List\u2019 where you will see a list of\u00a0pick notes that are ready to be printed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-48514 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/Capture-6.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"779\" height=\"480\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To print a pick note, you can<strong> select one or more orders,<\/strong> the line will highlight when they have been selected. When you have selected the orders you need to print,<strong> Click the button to Print Dockets<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-48516 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/Untitled-3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"571\" height=\"329\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A new window will appear giving you the different print options\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Screen &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>The will give you a screen preview of the pick note\/s.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Printer &#8211; <\/strong>This is the option to print the pick notes from your chosen printer. Click the settings button, highlighted red in the above image, to open the printer selection window.<\/li>\n<li><strong>File &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>This option is visible here but the pick notes are not compatible with the file print option.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>When you have selected the print method, you will need to select either Normal or Departmental.\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Normal &#8211;<\/strong> This will just print standard pick notes. 1 pick note for each order.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Departmental &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>This option will split the orders selected into their different departments so if a customer has ordered some veg and some beef, the beef products will be split from the veg products and a pick note will be printed for each department. You can set Season up to send those departments to specific printers if you have printers set up in each area of your stock rooms.\n<ul>\n<li>For more info on setting up departments, please see this\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/?p=48229\">guide.<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Click the <strong>OK button to print your pick notes<\/strong>. You will be<strong> prompted to confirm if the pick notes have printed,<\/strong> if there has been<strong> any issues<\/strong> with the print, <strong>click no<\/strong> and the<strong> orders will remain on the pick note list<\/strong>. If everything has<strong> printed correctly,<\/strong> <strong>click ok<\/strong> to confirm and the<strong> orders will be removed from the list.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2360 size-full colorbox-2141\" src=\"https:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/pick-notes-printed.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"243\" height=\"161\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Other Options<\/h2>\n<h3>Resetting a Pick Note so it can be reprinted.<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>On the Operations menu, go to <strong>Sales Orders<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Customer Pick Notes.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1540 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/picknotes.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"152\" height=\"261\" \/><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>When the pick note list opens, you will see a <strong>Reset List option<\/strong> at the bottom. <strong>Click on the &#8216;Reset List&#8217;<\/strong> button to bring up the options you have for resetting.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-48493 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/Untitled-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"934\" height=\"575\" \/><\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>You will have <strong>3 different options<\/strong> to use when resetting pick notes to the list. You can<strong> reset any unconfirmed or partially confirmed order,<\/strong> you <strong>can not reset<\/strong> to the pick note list <strong>once the whole order has been confirmed.\u00a0<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Order &#8211; <\/strong>This will allow you to reset a specific order or a series or orders. If it is one order you can enter the same order number into the From Order box and the To box. If it is multiple, you can put the first order number in the series into the From Order box and the last number in the series in the To box.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Delivery &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>This allows you to select a single date or a date range.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Route &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>This option allows you to choose a single or series of route.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-48495 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/Capture-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"414\" height=\"220\" \/><\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>When you have entered your reset criteria, <strong>click the green tick.<\/strong> You will be <strong>prompted to confirm the reset of the orders<\/strong>. Click <strong>Yes to proceed or No to cancel<\/strong> the reset.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1545 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/picknote5.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"236\" height=\"162\" \/><\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>As long as the orders you have chosen to reset are not fully confirmed orders, you should now see the pick notes listed and available to print again.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Changing the Route\/Editing An Order from the Pick Note List<\/h3>\n<p>If you need to change the route or make any adjustments to the order, you can do so from the pick note list.<\/p>\n<h4>Changing the route<\/h4>\n<p>At the bottom of the pick note print window, there is a button to change the route.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Highlight the order<\/strong> you need to change and <strong>Click this button.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-48518 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/Capture-8.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"144\" height=\"65\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>When the next window appears, you have the option to <strong>select a new route<\/strong> from the menu. Click the little box with the 3 dots inside to open the list of available routes. <strong>Enter a Drop Seq if required<\/strong> and <strong>click the save button<\/strong> complete the change.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-48519 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/Capture-9.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"377\" height=\"185\" \/><\/p>\n<h4>Editing the order<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>To edit an order, you need to <strong>highlight the order<\/strong> you want to edit and then<strong> right click the line.<\/strong> A pop will appear, click it to open the order.
