- The product setup window will now be on screen. You need to start with a blank window, if there is product information showing when you open the window, press F5 on the keyboard to clear the existing product info.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

- First you need to enter a new code into the “Product Code”<\/strong> field along with a description<\/strong> for the product.<\/li>\n
- You will need to assign the product to a product group<\/strong>. Click into the group box and press F4 to open a list of available groups. For more info on setting up new groups,\u00a0Click Here<\/a>.<\/li>\n
- The remaining information you must fill in is;\n
- \n
- Qty\/Wgt\/Both<\/strong> – this will be if the product is sold by quantity, weight or a combination of both.<\/li>\n
- Pack Type<\/strong> – What pack the product usually comes in, E.G. Bag, Box etc. For more info on setting up pack types,\u00a0Click Here<\/a><\/li>\n
- Dept<\/strong> – What department the product is part of. For more info on setting up departments, Click Here<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
- You can now click the save button to complete the product set up.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
