If you do not have access to this password, please inform a senior member of staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To log a user out of Season click on the &#8220;Season&#8221; badge and select the option on the drop down list called &#8220;Setup Security&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"482\" height=\"395\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/Season-Drop-Down-Menu-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-181\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The Security settings menu will activate, the user will be presented with a blank menu until the password is entered:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"706\" height=\"600\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/Setup-Security-Window.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-182\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Clicking on the padlock will give the user the ability to enter in the admin password:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"361\" height=\"177\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/password-entry.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-190\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"381\" height=\"162\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/password-acknowledgement.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-189\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>(Please note that this will say Season Administrator for non-Datos users)<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When the user has been granted access to the Security settings, they can then navigate to &#8220;Office Users Logged In&#8221; to log the inactive accounts off Season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"604\" height=\"539\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/log-out-user-office.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-185\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>To log a user out, simply right click on their username and select &#8220;Logout User&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The user will be prompted to select an option in the below message box:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"247\" height=\"167\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/log-out-warning.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-186\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The selected user is now logged out of Season, the license they were using is now free to use by another account.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"705\" height=\"601\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/logged-out-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-188\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Season Version 15.3 and below<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For Season version 15.3 and below the process is as follows,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Load the &#8216;Security Setup&#8217; program as above and click the unlock button (top right of the window) to unlock the view with the Season Supervisor password.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/SeasonOfficeLogOut153.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4925\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Select the user you wish to log out in the &#8216;Login Name&#8217; field using the popup button<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Select &#8216;Logged Out&#8217; in the &#8216;Logged In\/Out&#8217; field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Click on the Save button at the bottom of the window.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The user should now be logged out.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Logging an Inactive User Out of Season (current version) In order to log a user ouf of Season you will need to have access to the Season_Admin password.
