Season will load, but access to programs will be restricted.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/user-count-exceeded.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"639\" height=\"481\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This means that there are <strong>NO <\/strong>available user licenses to use within Season Office.<\/p>\n<p>This can happen if another user fails to log out of the application correctly. The license that is in use\u00a0on the user&#8217;s PC will still be active, and so is\u00a0not available again for another user to use.<\/p>\n<p>If this message appears on a user&#8217;s screen, they have the option of logging off an active user within the Season application to free a license up.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/?p=179\">Please Click Here for More Information<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Alternatively, if all licenses are registered to active user accounts, the user may need to contact the Datos\u00a0Offices and speak to a member of the Sales Team regarding quotation for an extra Office License.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Occasionally, when opening Season Office, the user will be prompted with the\u00a0error message: &#8220;User Count Exceeded.
