{"id":19644,"date":"2020-07-09T10:42:23","date_gmt":"2020-07-09T09:42:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/?p=19644"},"modified":"2020-07-09T10:42:23","modified_gmt":"2020-07-09T09:42:23","slug":"troubleshooting-tablet-wireless-and-bluetooth-device-issues","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/Clientknowledgebase\/?p=19644","title":{"rendered":"Troubleshooting Tablet Bluetooth Printer and Wireless and Issues"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sometimes a problem will occur on a tablet and the user will be unable to use Bluetooth or wireless to connect a printer or wireless network.<\/p>\n<p>Further, when they try to search for a Bluetooth device or wireless network they will find that they either can&#8217;t find anything or the Bluetooth or wireless settings are missing completely.<\/p>\n<p>This is usually due to a problem with the Bluetooth or wireless hardware.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>To troubleshoot,<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Restart the device<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">The problem may be because Windows couldn&#8217;t load the device properly after the last restart or woke from sleep.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Restarting may cause Windows to load the device correctly.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>If the this does not fix the problem, try <strong>shutting down<\/strong> the device and <strong>starting it again<\/strong>.
