{"id":2001,"date":"2017-10-17T09:54:04","date_gmt":"2017-10-17T08:54:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/?p=2001"},"modified":"2017-10-17T09:54:04","modified_gmt":"2017-10-17T08:54:04","slug":"how-to-allocate-customer-receipts-on-the-customer-statement","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/Clientknowledgebase\/?p=2001","title":{"rendered":"How to allocate customer receipts on the customer statement"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>If you have created a customer receipt and haven&#8217;t allocated it to an invoice or invoices you can do this within customer setup.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to the Sales Ledger &gt; Customer Setup.<\/li>\n<li>Select the customer you want to allocate a receipt for.<\/li>\n<li>Select the Financials Tab and click on the box with the mouse icon next to it, to load the statement.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2002 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/rec.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"987\" height=\"557\" \/><\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>From the statement, you now need to select the &#8216;Tidy Account&#8217; button<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2003 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/rec-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"994\" height=\"617\" \/><\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>You will now need to select the invoices you want to allocate and the receipt you want to allocate them against, as shown below.<\/li>\n<li>In the allocated field you can adjust the amount you want to allocate to an invoice by editing the figure.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2004 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/rec-2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"850\" height=\"513\" \/><\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li>Select Save icon.
