Once pick note printing is turned on, after an order has been entered in Season office, the order will then move to the print pick note list within Season.<\/p>\n<h2>Turn on Pick note printing for individual Customers<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to Sales Invoicing &gt; Customer Setup.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2008 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/1-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"155\" height=\"292\" \/><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Select the customer you want to set up pick notes for.<\/li>\n<li>Go to Settings &gt; Account settings &gt; Other\/Web.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2138 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/1-18.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"981\" height=\"579\" \/><\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>There will be an option &#8216;Print Pick Note&#8217; select the box.<\/li>\n<li>Select the save icon at the top of the screen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-2139 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/1-19.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"56\" height=\"73\" \/><\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li>The customer is now setup to print pick notes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Turn on Pick note printing for all Customers<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to Season icon -&gt; Setup Office -&gt; System Settings and Default Codes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2107 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/1-13.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"511\" height=\"442\" \/><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Go to the SOP tab and below that, select the Printing tab.<\/li>\n<li>Click the lock icon at the bottom right hand side and enter in your admin\/supervisor password.<\/li>\n<li>Select the check box that says &#8216;Print Pick Notes&#8217;<\/li>\n<li>Click on the save icon.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2161 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/pick-notes.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1202\" height=\"789\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Once this setting is applied, all orders for every customer will go to the print pick note stage after the order has been submitted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>You can either setup individual customers to print pick notes or you can turn on pick notes for all customers within the system.
