Print a batch of Pick notes<\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. On the operations menu go to Sales Orders -> Customer Pick Notes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      \n
    1. This will open up the ‘Pick Notes List’ where you will see a list of pick notes that are ready to be printed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      \"\"<\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Click the ‘Select All’ button if you want to print all pick notes, or individually select the ones that you want.<\/li>\n
      2. To unselect the pick notes click the ‘Clear All’ button.<\/li>\n
      3. You can also select the ‘Delivery Date’ check box and choose a date to filter the list by, or you can select the ‘route’ button and choose a route code to filter the list by.<\/li>\n
      4. Once you have selected the pick notes you want to print, click on the ‘Print’ icon.<\/li>\n
      5. The ‘Customer Documents’ screen will appear.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        1. You can select to print to screen or printer and click ‘OK’<\/li>\n
        2. A message will appear asking if ‘Pick notes Printed?’ Click yes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          The pick notes will now be removed from the print list.<\/strong><\/p>\n

          How to Reprint a Pick Note<\/h2>\n
            \n
          1. Go to the documents icon at the top of Season.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            1. Click on the ‘Pick notes Button’<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              \"\"<\/p>\n

                \n
              1. Select Pick Notes.<\/li>\n
              2. Enter the order number of the pick note you would like to reprint.<\/li>\n
              3. Select either screen or printer and click OK.<\/li>\n
              4. The pick note will now print for you.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
