{"id":2442,"date":"2017-12-19T12:15:07","date_gmt":"2017-12-19T12:15:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/?p=2442"},"modified":"2017-12-19T12:15:07","modified_gmt":"2017-12-19T12:15:07","slug":"how-to-check-specifications-and-prices-in-sales-order-entry","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/Clientknowledgebase\/?p=2442","title":{"rendered":"How to Check Specifications and Prices In Sales Order Entry"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Checking\/Amending Product Specifications<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>To check a customers specification for a product on an order, open the order in unconfirmed orders or confirm\/amend orders.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>When you have opened the customer order select the the product that you want to check the specification for.<\/li>\n<li>At the bottom left you can see the Product Desc\/Spec\/Notes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2443 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/1-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1130\" height=\"604\" \/><\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>To add or change the product specification, right click on the product and select &#8216;Change Spec&#8217;.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2451 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/1-2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1115\" height=\"395\" \/><\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>The window below will appear you can now add\/edit the product specification<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2450 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/3-2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"459\" height=\"304\" \/><\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>When you have added the details needed select the Save icon. If you tick &#8216;Keep Specification&#8217; this will keep this spec for all future orders.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Check Product Prices<\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>To view a product price in sales orders, right click on the product.<\/li>\n<li>Select &#8216;Check Price&#8217;.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2444 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/2-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1148\" height=\"419\" \/><\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>This will bring up the below window showing the product prices and you will be able to see in the notes if it is a customer special price or where the price has been found.<\/li>\n<li>You can also set a customer promotional price at this stage, by ticking &#8216;Set Promotional Dates&#8217; and choosing your dates, then click the save button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2445 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/3-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"472\" height=\"491\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Checking\/Amending Product Specifications To check a customers specification for a product on an order, open the order in unconfirmed orders or confirm\/amend orders.
