This utility allows you to filter by certain criteria and then clear the selected batches from stock.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>To access this program, Go to<strong> Product Management<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Product Setup.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Select <strong>General Setups<\/strong> &gt;<strong> Utilities<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Stock Batches Cleanup Utility.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-48566 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/Capture.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"461\" height=\"328\" \/><\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>You will now see a new window that is showing all batches that are recorded in Season.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-48568 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/Capture-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"971\" height=\"535\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>There are 6 filter options:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Product Type Filter<\/strong> &#8211; This allows you to select between products that are active or inactive.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Filter Product<\/strong> &#8211; Select this to filter stock by a certain product.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Filter Group<\/strong> &#8211;\u00a0Select this to filter stock by a certain product Group.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Filter Location<\/strong> &#8211;\u00a0Select this to filter stock by a certain Location.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Filter Stock LT<\/strong> &#8211;\u00a0Select this to filter stock, by units less than the entered amount.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Filter Use By LT<\/strong> &#8211;\u00a0Select this to filter stock with a use by date up to and including the entered date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>Once you have filtered the batches that you want to remove from stock, click the <strong>&#8216;Select All&#8217;<\/strong> button to select all filtered records or manually pick which batches you want to remove and then click <strong>&#8216;Remove Batches&#8217;<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Manually Adjusting Stock<\/h2>\n<p>You also have the option to adjust stock manually.
