{"id":2911,"date":"2018-04-10T12:35:25","date_gmt":"2018-04-10T11:35:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/?p=2911"},"modified":"2018-04-10T12:35:25","modified_gmt":"2018-04-10T11:35:25","slug":"how-to-print-off-customer-descending-report","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/Clientknowledgebase\/?p=2911","title":{"rendered":"How to Print a Customer Descending Report"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A customer descending report will show all customers descending in order of top selling for a chosen year.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>To access the <strong>customer descending<\/strong>\u00a0 report, go to <strong>sales analysis &gt; Customer Descending<\/strong> in the\u00a0<strong>reports<\/strong> menu.<\/li>\n<li>At the top of the report menu you will be able to choose how to output your report, either by <strong>PDF preview<\/strong> or\u00a0 to a\u00a0<strong>printer<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2920\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/2-14.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"633\" height=\"388\" \/><\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>In the criteria tab you can select either <strong>turnover order<\/strong> or <strong>profit order.\u00a0<\/strong>This will sort your report by either profit or turnover.<\/li>\n<li>In the <strong>advanced options <\/strong>you can choose change <strong>year ending<\/strong>, <strong>by rep<\/strong> or <strong>exclude branches<\/strong>. The year ending will sort the the report for which year you want to view. The option by rep will sort the report by whichever rep you choose. The exclude branches option will simply exclude branch accounts from your report.<\/li>\n<li>Once you have chosen the options required for your report click the <strong>print button<\/strong> in the button right corner.
