{"id":3040,"date":"2018-04-12T09:45:36","date_gmt":"2018-04-12T08:45:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/?p=3040"},"modified":"2018-04-12T09:45:36","modified_gmt":"2018-04-12T08:45:36","slug":"how-to-print-off-a-comparative-purchase-analysis-report","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/Clientknowledgebase\/?p=3040","title":{"rendered":"How to Print a Comparative Purchase Analysis report"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The comparative purchase report allows you to compare and analyse purchases orders within two date ranges.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>On the reports menu, go to <strong>Purchase analysis &gt; Comparative<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>\u00a0At the top of the report menu you will be able to choose how to output your report, either by <strong>PDF preview<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0<strong>printer<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Next you will be asked to choose the date ranges for the two columns.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3044\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/3-19.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"619\" height=\"620\" \/><\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>In the selection option you can chose to filter by either <strong>supplier, product<\/strong> or <strong>group<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>By ticking selection options you will be given the option to only view selected products.<\/li>\n<li>The best\/ worst filter can simply be used to filter products from either their best or worst and list your top\/bottom 10,20, 30 or 40<\/li>\n<li>You can choose to report by either <strong>purchases<\/strong> or <strong>units<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>The report detail can either be <strong>summarised<\/strong> or presented in <strong>detail<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>When you have chosen the settings, click the <strong>print<\/strong> <strong>button<\/strong> at the bottom right hand corner of the screen and your report will be produced.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The comparative purchase report allows you to compare and analyse purchases orders within two date ranges.
