The\u00a0<strong>TYPE\u00a0<\/strong>filter and the\u00a0<strong>STOCK\u00a0<\/strong>filter.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-32185\" src=\"https:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Untitled.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"878\" height=\"458\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Type\u00a0<\/strong>Filter<\/h2>\n<p>This filter relates to what is set in the type field of the product records. If you filter by\u00a0<strong>Active, Not Used, Stocked &amp; Not Used or Stocked Only,\u00a0<\/strong>any products set to these types will be displayed in your product search window.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-32187\" src=\"https:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Untitled-2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"848\" height=\"172\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-32186\" src=\"https:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Untitled-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"191\" height=\"148\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Stock Filter<\/h2>\n<p>The options on this filter allow you to filter the list on stock totals.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-32188\" src=\"https:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Untitled-3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"187\" height=\"198\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Stock &lt; Forecast<\/strong> &#8211; shows any products that have less in stock than what is required to cover the amount needed for orders. (any stock with a negative forecast figure)<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-32210\" src=\"https:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Capture.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1055\" height=\"189\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Stock &lt; ROL<\/strong> &#8211;\u00a0 shows any products that have less in stock than what the reorder level is. (Reorder levels set against the product record as per screenshot below)<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-32211\" src=\"https:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Untitled-4.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"715\" height=\"467\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Stock = 0<\/strong> &#8211; shows any products with no stock<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stock &gt; 0<\/strong> &#8211; shows all products with a stock total greater than zero<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stock &lt; 0<\/strong> &#8211; shows all products with a stock total less than zero<\/p>\n<p><strong>Forecast &gt; 0<\/strong> &#8211; shows all products with a forecast that is greater than zero<\/p>\n<p><strong>Shelf Life &lt; Min Days<\/strong> &#8211; shows all products that have a shelf life less than the set minimum number of days.
