To see how to setup new labels, <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/?p=394\">Click Here<\/a>.\u00a0<\/strong>Below is a description of how you can setup labels individually against products, <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/?p=3326\">Click Here<\/a><\/strong> to see how to setup a label template to assign one set of labels to multiple products.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to <strong>Product Setup &gt; Factory Setups &gt; Labelling Setup.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1991 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/label-3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"850\" height=\"538\" \/><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>From here you can assign the label to the product code.<\/li>\n<li>You can select your labels from each of the dropdown lists for &#8216;stock label&#8217;, &#8216;Dispatch Label&#8217; etc. Below is a description of each label type.\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Stock Label-\u00a0<\/strong>This is the default label for booking in stock from jobs or goods in.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Retail Label-\u00a0<\/strong>This is the default label for retail mode, these can either be counted in stock or not.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dispatch Label-\u00a0<\/strong>This is the default label to be printed for a label being printed at dispatch.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Goods in Label-\u00a0<\/strong>This is the default label to be printed at goods in and can be setup if you want a different label from the standard stock label.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Outer Container Label-\u00a0<\/strong>This is the outer case label for production and once printed it will show the contents of the case.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dispatch pack type-\u00a0<\/strong>This is the outer case label for dispatch and when printed it will show the contents of the case.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>To see how to setup new label codes, <a href=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/?p=394\"><strong>Click Here<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1992 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/label-4.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"791\" height=\"496\" \/><\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>You can also enter in any <strong>label text\/ingredients\/nutrients<\/strong> information that is required and this can then be setup in Bartender to output on the label.<\/li>\n<li>Once you have the information needed, select the <strong>save Icon<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>N.B: After making any label changes, you will need to reload the factory system on each terminal for the changes to take effect.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Assigning a label to a product Once the labels have been setup, they can be assigned to the products in Product Setup.
