There is an icon with two pages and a green arrow, you can use this to copy the traceability information, so you can paste it for the next product if the details are the same.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3484 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/5-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1912\" height=\"1045\" \/><\/p>\n<ol start=\"11\">\n<li>Select the save icon to save the traceability information against the product.<\/li>\n<li>You then need to enter the quantity\/ weight of the product and select the bar code icon to print a label for each product.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-3486 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/1-2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"164\" height=\"467\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Scanning the Product label<\/h2>\n<ol start=\"14\">\n<li>Instead of manually selecting each product and entering in the traceability you can scan the product label in. If the label is GS1 it will add the traceability information against the product for you.<\/li>\n<li>Once you have confirmed all the products you will now be able to save the order by selecting the save icon on the order screen<\/li>\n<li>Select <strong>&#8216;yes&#8217;<\/strong> to saving the order.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3693 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/1-11.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"322\" height=\"201\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To confirm an unconfirmed sales order in Season Factory: Go to the &#8216;Out&#8217; Icon.
