Before you are able to create your SEPA file, your suppliers and Bank account will need to be setup appropriately. Click here<\/strong> <\/a>to see how to setup the suppliers and Here<\/strong><\/a> to see how to setup the Bank account.<\/p>\n

  1. First of all you will have to create your supplier payments within Season, Click Here<\/strong><\/a> to see how to do this.<\/li>\n
  2. With your payment now posted in Season you will be able to go ahead and create the XML file for the bank<\/li>\n
  3. On the operations menu<\/strong>, go to Purchase Ledger -> Payments Supplier.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  4. This will bring up the payments supplier Window.<\/li>\n
  5. At the top of this window click on the BACS button <\/strong>and click on Produce SEPA Payment XML File<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. This will open up the ‘SEPA Payments Link’<\/strong> window.<\/li>\n
    2. In the BAC Ref<\/strong> field, click on the … button and lookup your payment. Double click<\/strong> on the one that you want or click OK

      1. This will load your payment into the ‘SEPA Payments Link’ window where you will see the details of your supplier payment.<\/li>\n
      2. Click on the ‘Create File’<\/strong> button in the bottom right of the window\"\"<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        1. This will bring up the ‘Create SEPA Bulk Payments XML File’<\/strong> Window<\/li>\n
        2. Select your Payment Method<\/strong> from the dropdown list<\/li>\n
        3. Choose the path that you want to export the XML file to<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
        4. Select your Expected Date<\/strong><\/li>\n
        5. Click on the save icon<\/strong> at the bottom right to create your file<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          1. A message will now appear asking if it is ‘OK to create XML file for Payment ref and date’<\/strong><\/li>\n
          2. Click yes to create the file<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            1. A message will now appear saying ‘SEPA Bulk Payment XML File created’<\/strong><\/li>\n
            2. Click ‘OK’<\/strong> to close the message<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
