From within Season Office, you have the ability to log out Season factory Devices. In order to log a device out of Season Factory you will need to have access to the Season_Admin <\/strong>password. If you do not have access to this password, please inform a senior member of staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to Season Icon > Setup Office > Setup Security<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. This will open the ‘Security Setup’<\/strong> Window<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
      \"\"<\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n
      1. Clicking on the lock icon<\/strong> in the bottom right and enter in your admin\/supervisor password<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        \"\"<\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

        (Please note that this will say Season Administrator for non-Datos users)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Now navigate to the “Factory Devices Logged In”<\/strong> tab to log the inactive accounts off Season Factory.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          1. To log a device out, simply right click on their Device ID and select “Logout Device”<\/strong>.<\/li>
          2. Click ‘Yes’<\/strong> to log out the device<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            The selected user is now logged out of Season, the license they were using is now free to use by another account.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Season Version 15.3 and below<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            For Season version 15.3 and below the process is as follows,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Load the \u2018Security Setup\u2019 program as above and click the unlock button (top right of the window) to unlock the view with the Season Supervisor password.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Select the user you wish to log out in the \u2018Login Name\u2019 field using the popup button<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Select \u2018Logged Out\u2019 in the \u2018Logged In\/Out\u2019 field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Click on the Save button at the bottom of the window.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
