You can export a\u00a0single customer\u00a0or all customer price books to excel (CSV File) using the below program.<\/p>\n

  1. Click on the Season icon -> Office Tools -> Database Maintenance, as shown below.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. This will load the Database Maintenance program.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      \"\"<\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Select the Export Data -> Export Prices tab<\/li>\n
      2. Enter in your Administrator or Supervisor Password<\/li>\n
      3. Click on ‘Customer Prices’. This will load the Customer Price Export Wizard.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        1. Click on ‘Export Additional Fields’ if you want to export the displayed fields.<\/li>\n
        2. Click on ‘Browse \u00a0File to Export’ and choose the location to which you want to save the file. (Ensure that the file name ends in .csv)<\/strong><\/li>\n
        3. Now you can either,\n
            \n
          • Export a single customers prices by selecting their code in the ‘Customer Code’ field and click on the ‘Single Customer’<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n
          • OR, If you want to export all customers prices, leave the customer code blank and click the ‘All Customers’<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
          • You will be asked “OK To Export Customer Prices”. Click ‘Yes’ to complete the export.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            1. Once completed, the a message will appear telling you “Export Complete”. Click ‘OK’ to close the message.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
