{"id":347,"date":"2015-11-09T11:07:19","date_gmt":"2015-11-09T11:07:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/kitt\/knowledgebase\/?p=347"},"modified":"2015-11-09T11:07:19","modified_gmt":"2015-11-09T11:07:19","slug":"exporting-customer-price-books-to-excel-csv-file","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/Clientknowledgebase\/?p=347","title":{"rendered":"How to Export Customer Pricebooks to Excel (csv file)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>You can export a\u00a0single customer\u00a0or all customer price books to excel (CSV File) using the below program.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Click on the Season icon -&gt; Office Tools -&gt; Database Maintenance, as shown below.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-704 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/export.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"446\" height=\"399\" \/><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>This will load the Database Maintenance program.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-738 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/prices-export.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"491\" height=\"504\" \/><\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>Select the Export Data -&gt; Export Prices tab<\/li>\n<li>Enter in your Administrator or Supervisor Password<\/li>\n<li>Click on &#8216;Customer Prices&#8217;. This will load the Customer Price Export Wizard.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-739 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/customer-prices-export1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"538\" height=\"543\" \/><\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li>Click on &#8216;Export Additional Fields&#8217; if you want to export the displayed fields.<\/li>\n<li>Click on &#8216;Browse \u00a0File to Export&#8217; and choose the location to which you want to save the file. <strong>(Ensure that the file name ends in .csv)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Now you can either,\n<ul>\n<li>Export a single customers prices by selecting their code in the &#8216;Customer Code&#8217; field and click on the <strong>&#8216;Single Customer&#8217;<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<li>OR, If you want to export all customers prices, leave the customer code blank and click the <strong>&#8216;All Customers&#8217;<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>You will be asked &#8220;OK To Export Customer Prices&#8221;. Click &#8216;Yes&#8217; to complete the export.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-741 size-full aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/pricesexport2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"267\" height=\"161\" \/><\/p>\n<ol start=\"10\">\n<li>Once completed, the a message will appear telling you &#8220;Export Complete&#8221;.
