To see how to do this, follow the below steps:-<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>On the <strong>Operations<\/strong> menu, go to <strong>Product Management &gt; Product Setup.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1319 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/product-setup-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"163\" height=\"242\" \/><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Within product setup go to <strong>Product Utilities &gt; Product Grids.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>You will now see the 5 different grid options displayed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-3502 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/1-5.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"697\" height=\"231\" \/><\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>Each grid will show all the active products in Season and will allow you to edit information of each product. The different grids each allow you to edit different product information.<\/li>\n<li>The grids are setup so the user can edit multiple products quickly without having to manually search each product.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0 <strong>Grid 1 &#8211;<\/strong> Allows you to change the products <strong>Group, Pack Type, Department and Tax codes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-3503 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/2-4.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"774\" height=\"317\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Grid 2<\/strong> &#8211;\u00a0Allows you to setup products for <strong>Auto Confirm<\/strong>, if it is a <strong>Fixed weigh<\/strong>t and the <strong>Typical\/min\/max<\/strong> weights of the products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-3504 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/2-5.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"794\" height=\"340\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Grid 3 &#8211;<\/strong> Allows you to edit the <strong>products shelf days, Tares, Label Codes<\/strong> and <strong>factory information.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-3505 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/2-6.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"810\" height=\"288\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Grid 4 &#8211;<\/strong> This grid allows you to edit the <strong>Stock Setup and Adjustment Entry.\u00a0<\/strong>You also have a stock batches button at the bottom of the window, this will take you to the batch list for whichever product you have selected on the grid.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-3506 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/2-7.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"832\" height=\"391\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Grid 5 &#8211;<\/strong> Is to setup the products web information, this is a fast way of adding <strong>product images and web descriptions<\/strong> for Season Online.
