  1. Go to\u00a0Sales Analysis > Gross Margin Report<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Select\u00a0Report By\u00a0<\/strong>(if it isn’t already selected) and fill in the following information;
      \n1. Choose to run the report either\u00a0By Customer\u00a0<\/strong>or\u00a0By Product.<\/strong>
      \n2. In\u00a0Code<\/strong> Selection\u00a0<\/strong>select the From<\/strong> and To<\/strong> of the Customer<\/strong> Codes<\/strong> or the Product<\/strong> Codes<\/strong> that you would like the report to run.
      \n3. Select a start date by using the From<\/strong> option and an end date using the To<\/strong> option, to set a Date<\/strong> Range<\/strong> for the report
      \n4. You can then choose to have the report show Totals Only<\/strong>, Summary<\/strong> or Detail<\/strong> > Summary<\/strong> being the default option
      \n5. Sort<\/strong> By<\/strong> can be used to sort the report by\u00a0Route<\/strong>, TeleUser<\/strong>, Market<\/strong> etc.<\/li>\n
    2. All of the above information should be filled into the fields highlighted by the red box below.

    3. Once you have completed the above > Click the\u00a0Load\u00a0<\/strong>icon as shown below to run the\u00a0Report\"\"<\/strong><\/li>\n
    4. The\u00a0Report\u00a0<\/strong>will look similar to the one shown below >\u00a0Customers<\/strong> are shown in the top section and\u00a0Products\u00a0<\/strong>are shown in the bottom section of the report\"\"<\/li>\n
    5. If you would like to change the\u00a0Report By\u00a0<\/strong>settings, you can click on the\u00a0Restart Report\u00a0<\/strong> button highlighted in the image below with a red box, which will clear the report and set the options back to default.<\/li>\n
    6. If you would like to\u00a0Export\u00a0<\/strong> the report as a CSV\u00a0<\/strong>file\u00a0to open in\u00a0Excel,\u00a0<\/strong>click on the\u00a0Export<\/strong> button highlighted by the green box in the image below.<\/li>\n
