Complaint Reports Centre<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3766\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Complaint-menu.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"290\" \/><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>This will open the <strong>Complaint Reports Centre<\/strong> as shown below<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3767\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Complaint-Centre.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"587\" height=\"555\" \/><\/li>\n<li>The <strong>Output To<\/strong> section of the window allows you to; output the report as a <strong>Preview<\/strong> which will open the report on screen, send the report to a <strong>Printer<\/strong> to print the report as a physical copy, or <strong>Export to File<\/strong> which will save the report as a <strong>CSV<\/strong> file which can then be opened in <strong>Excel.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Report on Complaints Between\u00a0<\/strong>allows the user to create a report on complaints that occurred between the set <strong>From Date<\/strong> and the <strong>To Date<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Using the\u00a0<strong>Report Type,\u00a0<\/strong>the report can be set to show the following;[list]<br \/>\n[li type=&#8221;glyphicon-arrow-right&#8221;]<strong> Single Complaint &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0This allows you\u00a0select a Single Complaint in this date range, as shown in image\u00a0 <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3769\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Single-Complaint.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"576\" height=\"156\" \/>[\/li]<br \/>\n[li type=&#8221;glyphicon-arrow-right&#8221;]<strong> By Complaint Type &#8211;<\/strong>\u00a0Creates a report of complaints based on the type of complaint between the set,\u00a0<strong>Complaint\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>To\u00a0<\/strong>dropdowns<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3770\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/by-complaint-type.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"569\" height=\"255\" \/>[\/li]<br \/>\n[li type=&#8221;glyphicon-arrow-right&#8221;]\u00a0<strong>By Customer &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0Allows the user to sort complaints based on a customer range, allowing the user to complete a <strong>From<\/strong> customer and a <strong>To<\/strong> Customer<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3773\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/bycustomer.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"565\" height=\"139\" \/> [\/li]<br \/>\n[li type=&#8221;glyphicon-arrow-right&#8221;]\u00a0<strong>By Product &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>Creates a report of complaints based on the products between the set,\u00a0<strong>From<\/strong> product and the <strong>To<\/strong> product<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3774\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/BY-product.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"564\" height=\"135\" \/>\u00a0[\/li]<br \/>\n[li type=&#8221;glyphicon-arrow-right&#8221;]\u00a0<strong>By Rep &#8211; <\/strong>Similar to the above, this option creates the report based off of complaints against products confirmed by Users between the set,\u00a0<strong>From<\/strong> <strong>User<\/strong> and the <strong>To<\/strong> <strong>User<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3783\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/by-products-confrimed-by-user.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"559\" height=\"260\" \/>\u00a0<\/strong>[\/li]<br \/>\n[\/list]<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>Filter On\u00a0<\/strong>component\u00a0allows the user to filter\u00a0<strong>All, Completed, Outstanding or Priority\u00a0<\/strong>complaints into the Complaint Report.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Additional Options\u00a0<\/strong>section allows for the user to tick whether or not they want the following options shown below.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3785\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Additional-Feature.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"202\" height=\"117\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Once you have finished completing all of the desired fields in the Complaint Reports Centre &gt;
