{"id":4138,"date":"2019-01-17T12:40:49","date_gmt":"2019-01-17T12:40:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/?p=4138"},"modified":"2024-05-13T11:40:52","modified_gmt":"2024-05-13T11:40:52","slug":"how-to-use-the-factory-control-centre","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/Clientknowledgebase\/?p=4138","title":{"rendered":"How to use the Factory Control Centre"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Factory Control Centre allows you to manage all open jobs from Season Office.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to <strong>Product Management<\/strong> -&gt; <strong>Factory Control Centre<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Groups that have open jobs will be listed on the left, clicking into a group will show the open jobs<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4141\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/control-centre.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"711\" height=\"541\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Right-clicking on an open job will give you the option to <strong>&#8216;View Job&#8217;<\/strong> or <strong>&#8216;Cancel Job&#8217;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>In <strong>&#8216;View Job&#8217;<\/strong>, you can see anything that has went into the job, or out of &#8211; any changes that need to be made, will have to be done in Factory<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4142\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/control-centre1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"737\" height=\"456\" \/><\/li>\n<li>You can use the <strong>&#8216;Save&#8217;<\/strong> icon to complete the job<\/li>\n<li>If the Job hasn&#8217;t been started in Factory, the<strong> &#8216;Cancel Job&#8217;<\/strong> option will allow you to delete the job.<\/li>\n<li>Under <strong>&#8216;Utilities&#8217;<\/strong>, you can:\n<ul>\n<li>Create a Job<\/li>\n<li>Cost Completed Jobs<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4143\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/control-centre2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"203\" height=\"98\" \/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>&#8216;Create Job&#8217;<\/strong> will list all the jobs that can be created from your production templates.\n<ul>\n<li>Select from the list the job you want to create<\/li>\n<li>Use the<strong> &#8216;Save&#8217;<\/strong> icon to create the job<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4144\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/control-centre3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"703\" height=\"500\" \/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>&#8216;Cost Completed Job&#8217;<\/strong> will show any jobs that can be costed\n<ul>\n<li><strong>&#8216;Edit&#8217;<\/strong> allows you to edit the Cost Price for any products used in the job<\/li>\n<li><strong>&#8216;Cost All Jobs&#8217;<\/strong> will cost all the jobs in the list<\/li>\n<li><strong>&#8216;Cost Single Job&#8217;<\/strong> will cost the job you have selected<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4146\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/control-centre5.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"740\" height=\"486\" \/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Factory Control Centre allows you to manage all open jobs from Season Office.
