How to setup Financial Reports<\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. In the Operations menu go to Nominal Ledger<\/strong> -> Financial Reports Setup \"\"\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Use the pop-up to select an existing report, or enter in a new ‘Report No’<\/strong> and ‘Description’<\/strong> to create a new report.\"\"<\/li>\n
  3. Use the grid to add the information you want in the report.<\/li>\n
  4. The ‘Sequence’<\/strong> is the order you want each line in the report to appear<\/li>\n
  5. ‘Other Options’<\/strong> is a drop down list with the following options:\n
      \n
    • ‘Blank’<\/strong> – leaves a blank line<\/li>\n
    • ‘New<\/strong> Page’<\/strong> – starts the next line on a new page<\/li>\n
    • ‘Title’<\/strong> – the text in the description will be in bold<\/li>\n
    • ‘Total’<\/strong> – totals everything from previous lines<\/li>\n
    • ‘Total + Store’<\/strong> – totals everything from previous lines, and stores it, so that it can be used again.<\/li>\n
    • ‘Stored Total’<\/strong> – a total that has been stored previously, or in another report<\/li>\n
    • ‘Zero Total’<\/strong> – brings total selected to Zero

    • ‘Nominal’<\/strong> – use the pop-up list to select a nominal code<\/li>\n
    • ‘Analysis’<\/strong> – use the pop-up list to select an analysis code<\/li>\n
    • In the ‘Description’<\/strong> box, you can enter in the text you want to appear on the report<\/li>\n
    • ‘Display<\/strong> Value’<\/strong> is a drop down box, with the following options:\n

      • Yes – display value on screen<\/li>\n
      • No – does not display value<\/li>\n
      • (+) –<\/li>\n
      • (-) –<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • In the ‘Setups’<\/strong> tab is ‘Store<\/strong> Totals<\/strong> Setup’<\/strong> where you can add new codes to store totals.\"\"<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Printing Financial Reports<\/h3>\n

        To print Financial reports:<\/p>\n

          \n
        1. You can use the ‘Print’<\/strong> button on the financial reports setup screen<\/li>\n
        2. Or, in the Reports<\/strong> menu, go to ‘Nominal<\/strong> Ledger’<\/strong> -> ‘Financial<\/strong> Reports’\"\"<\/strong><\/li>\n
        3. From here, you can select which report you want to run<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
