If this product is one you produce on site and already have a job set up for production, you will be able to do a mini job at the goods out stage to fulfil the order. <a href=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/?p=2559&amp;highlight=job&amp;highlight=job\">Click here<\/a> for more information on how to create standard jobs in Season Office\/Factory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/image-18.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4381\" width=\"143\" height=\"141\"\/><figcaption>&#8220;Job Icon&#8221;<br><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>With your Sales order open in Season Factory, at the bottom of the window you will see a job icon, clicking this will open a new window displaying a job template that can be created. <\/li><li>To select the job you want to start, <strong>click the job to highlight it<\/strong> and then <strong>click the green tick<\/strong> to proceed. You will now be taken to the stock in tab within your job.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/image-19-1024x564.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4384\"\/><figcaption>&#8220;Job Stock In&#8221;<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\"><li>You will need to<strong> enter a qty\/wgt for each product <\/strong>that is going into your job, choose the batch you want to use and click the print icon to confirm. Once this is done, click the <strong>Stock Out tab<\/strong>.
