{"id":4518,"date":"2019-09-05T16:28:07","date_gmt":"2019-09-05T15:28:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/?p=4518"},"modified":"2024-05-13T10:49:58","modified_gmt":"2024-05-13T10:49:58","slug":"how-to-export-invoices-to-the-online-road-tablets","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/Clientknowledgebase\/?p=4518","title":{"rendered":"How to export invoices to the online road tablets"},"content":{"rendered":"\n\n\n<h1><strong>Exporting Data from Season Office<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Invoices are exported to the tablet from the Print daily dockets menu;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"https:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Untitled.bmp\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-48535\" src=\"https:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Untitled.bmp\" alt=\"\" width=\"1168\" height=\"572\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The process for exporting invoices to the handheld is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-4524\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/image-37.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Transferring invoices to a different van<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To do this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>\u00a0Select the invoices to transfer from the invoice list, then click on the Van Transfer button called <strong>Change Transport<\/strong> at the top of the Invoice List.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-4533\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/image-45.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After clicking the Van Transfer button you will be prompted to select the van to transfer to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Select the Van to transfer the invoices to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-4534\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/image-46.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"322\" height=\"446\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Select the Van and then click on the <strong>OK<\/strong> button to perform the transfer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The invoice List will then refresh to take into account the transfers performed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. Once all the transfers have been completed you can export the invoices to the handheld.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-4535\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/image-47.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>(1) <\/strong>Click on the <strong>Select All<\/strong> button to select all the invoices to be exported.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>(2)<\/strong> Then click on then <strong>Export<\/strong> to Van&#8217; button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The export process will then run through and export the invoice data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6. The orders will be moved to the &#8216;On Delivery&#8217; section.
