However, there may be instances when orders cannot be uploaded to the main system e.g. if the device does not have 3G\/4G\/Wi-Fi connection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To upload data that may have been missed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>From the dashboard, select the <strong>Settings<\/strong> icon.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/image-92.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4612\" width=\"109\" height=\"98\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Then, click\/tap the <strong>Sync Data<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/image-93.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4613\" width=\"195\" height=\"36\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. The operator can then click\/tap on the <strong>Upload Data<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/image-94.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4614\" width=\"182\" height=\"39\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This will attempt to upload all outstanding data that has not been uploaded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On occasion, it may be necessary to try and upload all data to the main system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To upload all data, click\/tap on the <strong>Upload All Data<\/strong> button on the Data Sync menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/image-95.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4615\" width=\"180\" height=\"42\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This will load the Upload All Data screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/image-96.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4616\" width=\"442\" height=\"141\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To upload all the data,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Select the date for which to upload data in the <strong>Upload data for date<\/strong> form.<\/li><li>Click\/tap on the <strong>Upload<\/strong> button.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This should upload all the data for the selected date to the main system.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As orders are processed in Season Online Road, the system will attempt to upload data to the Season Office system when the order is completed.
