To setup a split order:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>On the <strong>Operations<\/strong> menu, click on <strong>Sales Orders<\/strong> -&gt; click on <strong>Order Entry<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/image-127.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4690\" width=\"154\" height=\"176\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>2. On the <strong>Manual Sales<\/strong> <strong>Order<\/strong> page enter the products to be ordered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Press <strong>F2 <\/strong>or click the <strong>Submit<\/strong> button to submit the products on the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/image-128.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4691\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>4. In <strong>Sales Orders<\/strong> click on <strong>Unconfirmed Orders<\/strong>, this will display the unconfirmed orders list for the current financial period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/image-131.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4694\" width=\"165\" height=\"165\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Select the order and click on the <strong>Confirm\/Edit<\/strong> button. This will display the <strong>Order Confirmation Via Unconfirmed Orders List<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/image-130-1024x445.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4693\" width=\"463\" height=\"201\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>6. On the Order Confirmation list, click the <strong>Split Order<\/strong> button. This will give you the option to split bulk order products into separate quantities\/weights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/image-132.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4695\"\/><figcaption><br><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>7. After you have amended the quantities\/weights for the products on the order, press <strong>F2<\/strong> or click the <strong>Submit<\/strong> button to submit the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/image-133.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4697\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>8. The <strong>Split Sales Order<\/strong> popup will appear, showing the current order for the customer. Here you will have to select from the drop down for the <strong>Split Order Type<\/strong> you will like to use for this order. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/image-134.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4698\" width=\"359\" height=\"249\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>9. <strong>Splitting the Order Type<\/strong> by <strong>Consignment<\/strong> means another order will be created. For this example, splitting this Order <strong>15200<\/strong> by Consignment will create the additional order <strong>15200A<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/image-135.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4699\" width=\"336\" height=\"232\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>10. After clicking the <strong>Create Order<\/strong> button that has the <strong>Save <\/strong>icon, a confirmation popup will appear that asks if you are okay to create the split order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/image-136.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4700\" width=\"163\" height=\"110\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>11. After clicking the <strong>Yes<\/strong> button, an information popup will appear saying the Split has been completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/image-137.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4701\" width=\"132\" height=\"109\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>12. In this example, another order <strong>15202<\/strong> has been created. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/image-138-1024x451.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4702\" width=\"479\" height=\"210\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>13. Following the same process by clicking on the <strong>15202<\/strong> Order -&gt; Confirm\/Edit button -&gt; Split Order button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/image-139.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4703\"\/><figcaption><br><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>14. For the Order <strong>15202<\/strong>, the Split Order Type <strong>Works Order<\/strong> is used to create an internal order for Season Factory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/image-140.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4704\" width=\"349\" height=\"240\"\/><figcaption><br><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Creating a split order into a works order can be done for a bulk order.
