This allows you to print the grid or export that data you can see on the grid to a CSV file.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-48982 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Capture-19.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"151\" height=\"56\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Any grid where you can see the above button, you have the ability to print or export the on screen grid. Some grids that have these options are;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Stock Batches<\/li>\n<li>Bank Statements\/Reconciliation<\/li>\n<li>Stock Movements<\/li>\n<li>Purchase Orders<\/li>\n<li>Complaints List<\/li>\n<li>Unconfirmed Sales\/Purchase Orders<\/li>\n<li>Recommended Stock<\/li>\n<li>GRN List<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Printing the grid<\/h2>\n<p>To print the grid, simply click the print grid or export button and an on screen print of the grid will appear. Below is a screen shot of the stock batches list and below that a screen shot of the printed grid.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-48984 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Capture-21.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"874\" height=\"202\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-48983 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Capture-20.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"767\" height=\"194\" \/><\/p>\n<p>If you then would like to print the grid to paper, with the printed grid showing on screen, you will see a print button in the upper left corner of the window displaying the printed grid.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click this button to open your printer selection window.<\/li>\n<li>Select your printer and click ok to print.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Exporting the grid<\/h2>\n<p>When exporting the grid, there are no buttons to click to initiate the export. There keyboard shortcut that you need to use is &#8220;Ctrl&#8221; + &#8220;e&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>To export the grid;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Press &#8220;Ctrl&#8221; + &#8220;e&#8221; to open the file explorer window.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-48988 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Capture-22.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"815\" height=\"482\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You will need to select a location on your computer to save the file to and also give the file a name. When that is done, click the save button.<\/li>\n<li>A window will pop up to confirm that the export has been completed.
