  1. Go to ->Season Button->Office Tools->Database Maintenance <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n

    2. Select the ‘Import Data’ tab->Then click on the “Import General” tab<\/p>\n\n\n

    3. Enter in your Admin or Supervisor Password in the Password field<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    4.Click on “Nominal Ledger” option<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    5.This will load the “Nominal Ledger Import Wizard”<\/p>\n\n\n

    6.Click on ‘Browse File to Import’ and choose the location to which you want to import from. (Ensure that the file name ends in .csv<\/strong>) Alternatively you can type in the file directory into the yellow text box in the image above<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    7.Click on the ‘Click to Import ‘ button<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    8.Click ‘Yes to import Nominal\/General Ledger<\/p>\n\n\n

    9.Once completed, a window will appear called “Data Import Wizard” as shown below<\/p>\n\n\n

    10.Now click on the “Stage 1: Check Data” option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    11.Some “Information” windows will appear on the screen, just click on “Ok” when they do<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    12.Now the window Should look like the following<\/p>\n\n\n

    13.Now repeat the same steps for “Stage 2: Import Data”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    14. Both Icons should now appear with ticks on them<\/p>\n\n\n\n
