It is often difficult to pin down what might be causing the issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However general things to check are,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>User rights to the Season Folder. <\/strong>Users should have sufficient read and write permissions to the folder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Anti-virus program scanning the Season folder.<\/strong> Anti-virus program should be configured to ignore the Season folder.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Windows and network issues<\/strong>. Since the progarm executable and data files are often read from a network drive, problems can occur if the client loses connection to the server or if the server closes a connection. The Windows Event Viewer can be used on either the client PC or the server to try and diagnose problems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Windows Update<\/strong>. If updates are pending on the server, this can cause instability. The server should be restarted to allow the updates to clear.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>SQL Cache\/Driver.<\/strong> If the database is in Microsoft SQL Server, Structure caching should be trued off to prevent issues arising from clients using different versions of the SQL Driver.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hardware.<\/strong> Clients should be connected to the network using an ethernet cable.
