The setting that tells the system whether to print Invoices or Delivery Dockets in Season Factory can be found under,<\/p>\n

Season button -> Setup Factory -> ‘Print Dockets’ setting<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Please note you can still print delivery notes or invoices from the office system while still using factory to print delivery notes or invoices.<\/p>\n

The printer the system uses is the default printer in windows that\u2019s set on each of the tablet or factory terminal logins.<\/p>\n

To print the dockets from factory,<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Once an order is confirmed on the terminal\/tablet<\/li>\n
  2. Come back to the unconfirmed orders list you will see a printer button at the bottom of the unconfirmed orders screen<\/li>\n
  3. Once clicked on this button you will see all orders confirmed ready to be printed as a delivery docket or invoice as required<\/li>\n
  4. Select the delivery dockets or invoices you wish to print (see check box left hand side of order)<\/li>\n
  5. Click the printer button this will print the selected to the devices default printer in windows:<\/li>\n
  6. Select dockets printed Yes or No to move the order to the next order sequence (print invoices if printing delivery dockets or post list if printing invoices).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
