Follow the steps below to set up a fixed list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Within Customer setup go to the <strong>Settings&gt; Account Settings &gt; Other\/Web tab.<\/strong><\/li><li>Click the <strong>Customer Messages<\/strong> button.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/image-15.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4987\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> You will now see the customer messages window. Here you can enter what messages\/questions you want to appear while processing the order for dispatch. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/image-13.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4980\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>In the top left corner you have a <strong>Setups<\/strong> menu. Click <strong>Setups &gt; Setup Fixed Lists.<\/strong><\/li><li>In the next window, Click into the <strong>Code<\/strong> field and enter a unique code for your list then into the <strong>Description<\/strong> field and add in a description.<\/li><li>Now click into the first answer line and enter an answer. Add as many as you need, using the down arrow on your keyboard to move onto the next line.
