{"id":5011,"date":"2019-11-18T15:21:16","date_gmt":"2019-11-18T15:21:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/?p=5011"},"modified":"2024-05-13T11:41:42","modified_gmt":"2024-05-13T11:41:42","slug":"rep-management-within-the-crm-control-centre","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/Clientknowledgebase\/?p=5011","title":{"rendered":"Rep Management within the CRM Control Centre"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>This is a new feature with Season version 20 that enables you to view customer account information per Rep, as well as enter sales notes and print reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide\" style=\"grid-template-columns:17% auto\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/image-30.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5012\"\/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>From the right hand <strong>Operations<\/strong> menu, select <strong>Sales Ledger<\/strong> and open the <strong>Customer CRM.<\/strong> <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Check the <strong>Reps<\/strong> option highlighted in the screenshot below and click the <strong>Refresh<\/strong> button to populate the grid. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/image-32-1024x619.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5014\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The grid can be <strong>filtered by rep<\/strong>, check the <strong>Rep<\/strong> box highlighted in the below screenshot, click into the text box underneath and press <strong>F4<\/strong>  to load your rep list. Select the required rep and <strong>click OK.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/image-33-1024x618.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5015\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>You also have the option to filter the grid by type of customer, <strong>current, prospect or both. <\/strong>This is done from the drop down list highlighted in the below screenshot. Click on the list to bring up the drop down menu and then select the customer type.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/image-34-1024x619.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5016\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Entering Sales Notes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Follow the above instructions to populate your grid with Data.<\/li><li>With the grid populated, <strong>click on the customer<\/strong> you need to add a note for.
