If you are using Season version 18.1 or earlier then use this <a href=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/?p=376&amp;highlight=areas&amp;highlight=areas\">guide.<\/a><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"ipt_kb_toc_5137_0\">Setting up an Area Code<\/h2>\n<p>First you need to open your system settings. Click <strong>the Season icon<\/strong>, found on the main menu bar along the top of your screen. <strong>Select Setup Office<\/strong> then <strong>System Settings and Default Codes.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-5097 aligncenter colorbox-5137\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Untitled2.png\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 503px) 100vw, 503px\" srcset=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Untitled2.png 503w, http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Untitled2-300x218.png 300w\" alt=\"\" width=\"503\" height=\"366\" \/><\/p>\n<p>When your System Defaults window opens, Click on the <strong>General tab<\/strong> then <strong>the Area tab<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5144 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Untitled-5.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"772\" height=\"497\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Adding A New Area Code<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>On the first available free line, enter a code into the Code field.<\/li>\n<li>Next, in the Area column, give your area code a name\/description.<\/li>\n<li>Chose one of the area rules for your area\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Internal<\/strong> &#8211; Use this for an areas that are within your own country, ie. if you are a UK company, any UK area will be internal.<\/li>\n<li><strong>EC<\/strong> &#8211; Use this for any area which are within European Countries<\/li>\n<li><strong>Non-EC<\/strong> &#8211; Use this for any areas which are not internal or EC.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Enter an EC Code for your area, ie.
