You need to have the option for printing pick notes checked against your customer\/s or you will not have any orders move onto this list, for instructions on how to set your customer up for pick notes, see this <a href=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/?p=2137&amp;highlight=pick%20note\">guide.<\/a> If you need help with printing pick notes, follow this <a href=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/?p=2141&amp;highlight=pick%20note\">link.<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Changing the Delivery Route for an order<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-5156 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Capture1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"151\" height=\"278\" \/><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li>First open <strong>Customer Pick Notes<\/strong>, found under the <strong>Sales Deliveries\/Production <\/strong>tab on your right hand <strong>Operations<\/strong> menu.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0To change transport for an order, click an order (it will highlight when selected) and click the <strong>Change Transport<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-5157 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Untitled-6.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"843\" height=\"495\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">3. A new window will now pop up, click into the box highlighted below and <strong>Press F4<\/strong> to open your transport list. Click on the transport you want to move the order to, add a <strong>Drop Seq <\/strong>number if required\u00a0and <strong>Click Save.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-5158 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Untitled1-4.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"383\" height=\"475\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>How to Edit an Order from the Pick Note list.<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>As above, open the pick note print list<\/li>\n<li>To edit an order, <strong>Right Click<\/strong> on the line of the order you want edit, select <strong>Edit Order<\/strong> when prompted.<\/li>\n<li>Your order entry window will automatically open with the order details loaded.
