To adjust your SOP audit settings, follow the below steps&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3697 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/1-12.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"529\" height=\"373\" \/><\/p>\n<p>First you will need to open your <strong>Season System Settings<\/strong> menu. Click the <strong>Season Icon<\/strong> found along the top of your screen. Select <strong>Setup Office<\/strong> and then <strong>System Settings and Default Codes.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-5316 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Untitled-2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"945\" height=\"612\" \/><\/p>\n<p>When your system settings window appears, select the <strong>SOP <\/strong>tab then the <strong>General <\/strong>tab. You should now see the <strong>Audit Control<\/strong> drop down menu in the bottom right corner. Here you have 3 options&#8230;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>None &#8211; <\/strong> this will stop Season from recording any information about orders (this can actually speed up Season but be aware, you wont be able to trace any history against your orders)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Amendments Only &#8211; <\/strong>this will only record changes made after the order has been saved. It will not record any details of the original creation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Full &#8211; <\/strong>Season will record all changes to the order from creation to posting.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Once you have selected the level of detail you would like to be recorded, click the <strong>Save<\/strong> button to save the changes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In Season you now have more control over how much information the audit trail for a Sales Order will record.
