{"id":60,"date":"2017-04-10T12:16:39","date_gmt":"2017-04-10T11:16:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/?p=60"},"modified":"2017-04-10T12:16:39","modified_gmt":"2017-04-10T11:16:39","slug":"how-to-setup-and-email-remittances-in-season-office","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/Clientknowledgebase\/?p=60","title":{"rendered":"How to Setup and Email Remittances in Season Office"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>Setting up Email Remittances\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>You will need to ensure\u00a0that your email settings are setup on your PC. <a href=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/?p=136\">Click here<\/a> to see how this is setup.<\/p>\n<h3>Setting up the Supplier to receive remittances by Email<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Go to supplier setup and choose your supplier<\/li>\n<li>Then under the settings tab and analysis\/other select Remittance Via \u2018Email\u2019.<\/li>\n<li>Then save by pressing F2<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-151 size-full aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/remittance.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"602\" height=\"350\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure on the contacts tab that there is a contact setup and the Remittance checkbox must be ticked as shown below.<\/li>\n<li>Also ensure that there is an email address entered in the email field, then again save the settings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-152 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/remittance1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"583\" height=\"309\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Setting up the default remittance email text<\/h3>\n<p>The process of editing the default text has changed from Season version 17 onward, if you are using one of these versions\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/?p=24135\">Click Here.<\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Go to Purchase Ledger on the right hand side, then print payment remittances, as shown below<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-153 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/remittance3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"206\" height=\"225\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This will bring up the below screen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-154 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/remittance4.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"602\" height=\"419\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Go to Tools and then click on\u00a0Edit default remittance Email text.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-155 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/remittance5.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"257\" height=\"75\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You will then have to enter in your Administrator password on the below screen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-156 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/remittance6.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"352\" height=\"174\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This will bring up the below screen, where you need to enter in the text that you want to appear by default on the emails and then click the save icon.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-157 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/remittance7.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"694\" height=\"608\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Emailling the Remittances<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Stay within the Print Payment Remittances screen, as shown below.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-159 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/remittance9.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"602\" height=\"419\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Select the \u2018Email\u2019 tab.<\/li>\n<li>In this screen you will have a list of remittances, for suppliers setup for emailing, go through them and select the ones you need to email.<\/li>\n<li>Then just click on the Email button to Email them to the suppliers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The emails should now send successfully to the supplier.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Setting up Email Remittances\u00a0 You will need to ensure\u00a0that your email settings are setup on your PC.
