{"id":62,"date":"2017-04-10T12:23:10","date_gmt":"2017-04-10T11:23:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/?p=62"},"modified":"2017-04-10T12:23:10","modified_gmt":"2017-04-10T11:23:10","slug":"how-to-setup-and-email-invoices-in-season-office","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/Clientknowledgebase\/?p=62","title":{"rendered":"How to Setup and Email Invoices in Season Office"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Setting up a Customer for Emailing of invoices<\/h2>\n<p>You will need to ensure that your email settings are setup on your PC. <a href=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/?p=136\">Click here<\/a> to see how this is setup.<\/p>\n<h3>Setting up the customer contact to receive invoices via email<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that a contact has been setup.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the \u2018Invoices\u2019 checkbox is ticked as show below.<\/li>\n<li>Enter in a valid email address in the email address field as shown below.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-48616 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/Untitled-3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"824\" height=\"571\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Setting up the customer to receive Invoices via email<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that the email invoices checkbox is ticked as shown below.<\/li>\n<li>Now save the changes to the customer by pressing F2.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-120 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/email3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"834\" height=\"550\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This customer will now be setup to email invoices, so this process has to be followed for any customer you want to email invoices to.<\/p>\n<h2>Emailing Invoices<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>After you have printed your invoices from the print daily dockets list, go to sales ledger on the right hand side and click on \u2018Document Communication Centre\u2019, as shown below.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-121 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/email4-181x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"181\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>In here you can edit the default invoice text for the email as shown below.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Click on utilities.<\/li>\n<li>Click on Edit Default Invoice Text.<\/li>\n<li>Enter your admin password.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-48618\" src=\"https:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/Capture-6.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"902\" height=\"380\" \/><\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>This will bring up the screen shown below.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>In here you can edit the default text for the subject and body of the email.<\/li>\n<li>Save the changes by clicking the save button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-48619 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/Capture-7.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"690\" height=\"575\" \/><\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>In the document communication centre you should see all of your emails listed, as shown below after you have clicked on the \u2018Load\u2019 button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Select the invoices you want to email or <strong>\u2018Select All\u2019.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Then click the OK button to send the emails.<\/li>\n<li>To see how to add or remove emails to the list, <a href=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/?p=3150\"><strong>Click Here<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-48621 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/Untitled-4.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"899\" height=\"532\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Setting up a Customer for Emailing of invoices You will need to ensure that your email settings are setup on your PC.
