The program can be located within the Utilities pull down menu within customer setup.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6440\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/2304-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"250\" height=\"203\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Setup a new customer query<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>In the example below I have created a query of all customers based in London. To do this enter a <strong>Code\u00a0<\/strong>(will need to be unique) and then populate details for <strong>Description, Query Type, Report Type and Query Value.<\/strong>\u00a0 By default the query will be dynamically managed by the system. If not, then the operator will tick the entry <strong>Manual Query<\/strong>. On entry of details click the<strong> Load Data <\/strong>button\u00a0to list customers that fulfill the query.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-6443\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/2304-2-300x167.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"796\" height=\"443\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Query Type List<\/h3>\n<p>The following is the list of query filters that can be applied to customers. The &#8220;default&#8221; option will filter on code, name and advanced search.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6445\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/2304-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"158\" height=\"243\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Report Type List<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The following is a list of available report types that a query could apply to. For example, the gross margin report would be categorized as &#8220;Performance&#8221; and the aged debt report would be categorized as &#8220;Performance&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6477\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/2304-5.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"131\" height=\"105\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Customer query utilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The utilities button will allow a user to delete and refresh selected query, or refresh all queries.
