This will load the payment into the Nominal Payment Reversal Program.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-684 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/reversal-screen-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"837\" height=\"462\" \/><\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li>Select the line you wish to reverse and click on the &#8216;Save Reversal&#8217; button.<\/li>\n<li>You will receive a message asking you to confirm the reversal, click yes to reverse the payment.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-683 size-full aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/savereversal.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"238\" height=\"158\" \/><\/p>\n<ol start=\"9\">\n<li>The message &#8220;Nominal Payment Reversed&#8221; will now appear to tell you that it has been reversed successfully.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-682 size-full aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/Payment-reversed.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"256\" height=\"163\" \/><\/p>\n<ol start=\"10\">\n<li>Click the OK button to dismiss this message<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In the Operations Menu, go to Purchase ledger -&gt; Payments Other This will load the Nominal Payment Entry Program.
