{"id":89,"date":"2017-04-10T15:12:46","date_gmt":"2017-04-10T14:12:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/?p=89"},"modified":"2017-04-10T15:12:46","modified_gmt":"2017-04-10T14:12:46","slug":"how-to-setup-a-new-delivery-address-for-a-customer-in-season-office","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/Clientknowledgebase\/?p=89","title":{"rendered":"How to: Setup new Delivery Addresses for Customers"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Setting up a Consignee<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>To setup a new consignee (delivery address) the user should go into \u201c<strong>Customer Account Setup\u201d<\/strong> and click on <strong>\u201cUtilities\u201d<\/strong> &gt; <strong>\u201cSetup-SOP\u201d<\/strong> &gt; <strong>\u201cSetup-Delivery Addresses\u201d.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-48594 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/Capture.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"828\" height=\"295\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Once this is clicked a new window will appear titled <strong>\u201cDelivery Address Setup\u201d.<\/strong> In this section the user can create\/edit delivery addresses.<\/li>\n<li>In order to create a new consignee the user must press F5 to clear the fields so they can enter the new data, see below:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-48595 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/Capture-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"765\" height=\"475\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Once the fields have been populated the data must be saved using the \u201cSave\u201d icon at the bottom of the window.<\/li>\n<li>Once the data has been saved the user will be able to select the new delivery address in the \u201cCode\u201d field by pressing F4, see below:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-93 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/consignee3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"794\" height=\"157\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Please note that if the address needs edited in any way the only field that cannot be changed is the \u201cCode\u201d as this field uniquely identifies the consignee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-95 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/consignee5.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"282\" height=\"193\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Setting Default Delivery Address For Customers<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Default delivery addresses can be setup against a customer by going into the Customer setup and clicking on<strong> \u201cSettings\u201d<\/strong> &gt; <strong>\u201cAccount Settings\u201d<\/strong> &gt; <strong>\u201cDefault\u201d<\/strong> &gt; <strong>\u201cDefault Delivery\u201d.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-96 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/consignee6.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"278\" height=\"246\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To enter the delivery address the user needs to press F4 to search for it and select it, once this is done the user needs to save the changes made so that the Customers <strong>Default Delivery Address<\/strong> will be updated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-98 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/consignee8.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"238\" height=\"162\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-97 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/consignee7.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"476\" height=\"206\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>Making Changes to Delivery Address in Order Entry<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>In order entry the delivery address selected will be the default delivery address; if one has been setup. The delivery address can be located inside<strong> \u201cOrder Entry\u201d<\/strong> by going to <strong>\u201cAccount Details\u201d<\/strong> and the delivery address is located at the bottom right of the window.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-48596\" src=\"https:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/Capture-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1310\" height=\"605\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To change the delivery address the user can press F4 in \u201cDelivery Address\u201d field to bring up a list of available addresses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-100 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/consignee10.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"506\" height=\"249\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>With the new delivery address selected the user needs to save the changes to ensure that the order has been updated; this is done by pressing the Save Icon at the bottom of the window; the user will be prompted that the changes have been saved for that particular order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-48597 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/vger.datos.co.uk\/ClientKnowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/Capture-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1308\" height=\"607\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>NOTE THAT THIS WILL ONLY CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS FOR THAT INDIVIDUAL ORDER,\u00a0 IF ANOTHER ORDER IS ENTERED THE DEFAULT DELIVERY ADDRESS WILL BE SELECTED BY DEFAULT AND WILL NEED TO BE CHANGED AGAIN IF REQURED BY THE USER. <\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Setting up a Consignee To setup a new consignee (delivery address) the user should go into \u201cCustomer Account Setup\u201d and click on \u201cUtilities\u201d &gt; \u201cSetup-SOP\u201d &gt; \u201cSetup-Delivery Addresses\u201d.
