How to Connect a Label Printer to Season Factory

Connecting label printer via Season Office

  1. Go to the Season Icon along the top > Setup Factory.
  2. Enter in administrator password.
  3. Then go to Terminals > Label Print Setup > Active X Settings.

  1. Go to the Printer 1 drop down menu and select the printer you want to connect to.
  2. Tick the default box.
  3. Select the save Icon.

Connecting label printer via Season Factory

From Season 17.1 and up you can set the printer up in factory. To do this:

  1. Go to the setting’s icon

  1. Select ‘Printer Setup – Active X Only’

  1. Go to the Printer 1 drop down menu and select the printer and tick the default button.
  2. Select the green tick to save your changes.
