Troubleshooting a Tablet not connecting to a Bluetooth Printer

If your tablet disconnects from the bluetooth printer, follow the below steps to troubleshoot the problem:-

  1. Ensure that flight mode hasn’t been enabled on the tablet.
  2. Check that Bluetooth is turned on, on the tablet.
  3. Check that the printer is turned on and awake (the screen should be lit up).
    • Pressing the power button should wake the printer if it is sleeping.
  4. Check the print queue to see if there is anything waiting to print.
  5. Restart the printer and the tablet
  6. Turn Bluetooth on the tablet off and on again
