Error 500 when uploading/ Syncing data from the tablet to the Main PC/Server
When you are syncing/uploading data you may get an error saying “Server returned HTTP error 500”. This error generally means that the connection to the main server has timed out due to a poor connection.
How to fix the issue
Follow the below steps to troubleshoot this problem to try to fix the connection.
- Ensure that your tablet is connected to the WiFi.
- If your WiFi connection is weak try moving the tablet closer to the router/access point to enable a stronger connection.

- If you are still having issues you will need to contact Datos, as a reindex of the database on the tablet may be required to ensure there are no index issues and no bad data.
