Changing Account Type

In season 23 the method to change an account type has change. You now in customer/supplier and product setup have to go to Tools > Change type and in here you have the previous type options, a new feature to the changing of account type is you can tick options on if you want to delete customer prices, specifications etc so when they return as a customer they wont be stuck with outdated prices and can start fresh. Please note that if prices are deleted they are removed permanently and cannot be recovered
