How to Check/Reage Customer balances

If you find that the ageing is appearing incorrectly/not as expected on a customers account, the first step would be to try reageing the accounts, by following the steps below.

  1. Go to Customer Setup.
  2. Click on Utilities->Check/Reage Customer Accounts

  1. This will bring up the “Check/Reage Customer Accounts” window.
  2. Tick both check boxes to ‘reage balances’ and ‘list errors only’
  3. Click on the green tick to run the process.

Once completed, check the ageing on the accounts to ensure that it is now correct.
